Born in 2000, Paweł Horodyski is student of the 2nd year of solo singing at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, in Professor Bogdan Makal’s class. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Opera Academy at the Grand Theatre – National Opera in Warsaw. Since 2021, he has also been a participant in the “Opera Młodych” project created by the Wrocław Opera, initiated by Mariusz Kwiecień.
He studied solo singing at the Fryderyk Chopin State Secondary Music School in Olsztyn, in Jolanta Sołowiej’s class, as well as cello at the State Primary Music School in Krzysztof Kaziatek’s class.
Paweł holds scholarships granted by the Rector of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wroclaw, the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, the Marshall of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and the President of Olsztyn. He made his opera debut in 2021 at the Wrocław Opera as Guglielmo in W. A. Mozart’s opera „Così fan tutte”.
He proved his excellent skills by winning numerous vocal competitions, e.g.

1st PRIZE – Franciszka Platówna Vocal Competition in Wrocław (2018).
Paweł keeps on perfecting his singing skills under the watchful eye of many a preeminent singer both in Poland and abroad.
