Jacek Pawełczak


A graduate of the Faculty of Choral Conducting and Symphonic Conducting at the Academy of Music in Poznań. He developed his skills from the age of five, learning to play the piano and continuing his education at both primary and secondary music schools. He also sang in the “Poznań Nightingales” choir under the direction of Stefan Stuligrosz. After his studies, he led the male choir of the Poznań University of Technology, “Cantamus,” performing with it in many European countries. He conducted opera, operetta, and musical performances in various venues, including the Opera in Bydgoszcz, musical theaters in Poznań and Wrocław, as well as Teatr Wielki in Łódź as well as the Poznań and Kalisz Philharmonics. As a conductor and musical director, he has frequently participated in tours across Western Europe and Japan. Since 2015, he has been leading the “Poznań Strings” orchestra.
