Born on 18 April 2007, Marcelina Rucińska began her musical education at the District Primary Music School in Dywity, where she studied with Dorota Obijalska. She is currently in her final year at the Zenon Brzewski Secondary Music School in Warsaw, studying under Professor Magdalena Szczepanowska.
Over the years, she has participated in numerous music courses, including the International Music Courses in Łańcut, the Summer Music Academy in Kraków, the Winter Puławy & Violin Courses, the International Music Workshops in Podkowa Leśna, and the International Masterclasses for Bowed Strings, Piano, Opera Singing, and Chamber Music in Dolný Kubín, Slovakia.
She has taken part twice in the ORCHESTRA4YOUNG orchestral workshops in Bydgoszcz, and has worked with many distinguished professors, including Wiesław Kwaśny, Wojciech Koprowski, Jakub Haufa, Simon Smith, Monika Urbaniak-Lisik, Janusz Wawrowski, Evgeny Sinaiski, and Adam Sztaba.
Marcelina has performed at leading concert venues including the Royal Castle in Warsaw, Łańcut Castle, the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, the Warmia–Masuria Philharmonic in Olsztyn, the Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz, the Philharmonic in Žilina, NOSPR in Katowice, the Polish Radio Concert Studio, the Church of Saint Elizabeth of Hungary in Paris, and the Basilica of Saint Anthony in Padua.
She has appeared with orchestras such as the Jerzy Semkow Polish Sinfonia Iuventus Orchestra, the Žilina Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Uniart International Orchestra in Paris.
In 2022, 2023 and 2025, she received scholarships from the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. In 2025, she was also awarded the prestigious Young Poland scholarship. Marcelina is a member of the Polish Children’s Fund (Krajowy Fundusz na rzecz Dzieci). In 2020, she received a scholarship from the Marshal of the Warmian–Masurian Voivodeship. She is a prizewinner of numerous solo and chamber music competitions in Poland and abroad.
