A graduate of the Wrocław Academy of Music, where he studied piano with Prof. Grzegorz Kurzyński and conducting with Prof. Mieczysław Gawroński. He collaborates with Wrocław composers, performing their piano and orchestral compositions. As a conductor, he works with the Symphony Orchestra of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław and has been leading the Symphony Orchestra of the Karol Szymanowski General Primary and Secondary Music School in Wrocław since 2008. In 2018, he prepared and conducted a series of performances of Karol Szymanowski’s operetta Loteria na mężów, czyli narzeczony 69 [Lottery for Husbands or Fiancé No. 69], which was the graduation performance of the students of the Vocal Faculty of the Academy of Music in Wrocław. He also arranges pieces from the classical and jazz music canon. As a pianist, he has been involved in chamber music for over a decade, actively participating in concert activities. He received a special award for the best piano accompanist during the 20th and 21st Century Music Competition in Radziejowice organized by the Polish Society for Contemporary Music. In collaboration with Agata Zubel, he released an album featuring song cycles by Alban Berg, Aaron Copland, and Paweł Szymański in 2009 (CD Accord). He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree. He is also a composer, whose chamber works have been performed in national and international cello competitions.
