Architectural accessibility

People using wheelchairs

For people in wheelchairs, both the Moniuszko Hall (ground floor and amphitheater) and the Młynarski Hall on the fifth floor of the Theater, as well as the Redutowe Hall and the Zascenia Hall are accessible. In case of doubts about how to get to the hall, the ushers will help you find your way.

Sinfonia Varsovia is conducting reservations for seats in the audience designated for wheelchair users. Seat reservations can be made by email or phone: bilety@sinfoniavarsovia.org or 885 556 433 at least 7 days before the event.

Due to technical conditions, the number of places in the hall is limited.

For technical and safety reasons, the Theatre reserves the right to exclude wheelchair spaces for selected events.

Ticket agents will advise you on the most convenient way to get to your chosen destination.

The Theatre has lifts and toilets (on the ground floor) adapted to the needs of wheelchair users.

The concert tent at Teatralny Square is accessible for people with mobility issues. There are entrances without horizontal and vertical architectural barriers.

People with visual impairments

Communication and information accessibility

Deaf and hearing impaired people

An induction loop is installed in the Moniuszko Auditorium (ground floor, amphitheater and balcony I) and the Chamber Auditorium. The theater provides the possibility of renting a sound system for the hearing impaired. Please contact the Audience Service Department of the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera by phone or email in advance to prepare the appropriate number of devices.

There is no induction loop installed in the Concert Tent, Redutowe Halls and the Backstage.
